House Rules & Booking Terms Vakantiehuis Bergvliet

By placing a booking, you agree to the following house rules and booking conditions.

House Rules

1. Events and parties are not allowed in the property.

2. Smoking is not allowed indoors; it is only permitted in the garden.

3. Please avoid any (noise) disturbance during your stay. Loud music is not permitted, and quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM.

4. When using the air conditioning, keep windows and doors closed to prevent energy loss and condensation.

5. If anything gets damaged or broken, please report it immediately so we can find an appropriate solution.

6. Follow the instructions for using the hot tub. Use only the provided wood or certified firewood.

7. Babies and young children are welcome. A high chair and travel crib are available; please bring your own bedding for the crib.

Booking Conditions

1. Vakantiehuis Bergvliet is not liable for any noise disturbances caused by construction, neighbors, or other external factors.

2. Vakantiehuis Bergvliet is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

3. Vakantiehuis Bergvliet is not liable for any physical injury sustained during your stay.

4. The owner reserves the right to enter the property when necessary, with respect for your privacy.

5. In case of damage to the property or major incidents such as fire or staining, you are responsible for the costs. These may be claimed via your liability insurance.

6. If house rules are violated, Vakantiehuis Bergvliet may terminate your stay without refund.

7. In the event of a double booking due to a technical error, the most recent booking will be honored and any payments from the earlier booking will be fully refunded.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations can be made via email. We’re happy to consider a solution, such as rescheduling your booking.

- The following cancellation fees apply:

• Free cancellation up to 3 weeks before arrival

• Between 3 weeks and 5 days before arrival: the first night will be charged

• From 5 days before arrival or in case of no-show: the full booking amount will be charged

- Refunds (minus cancellation costs) will be processed within 7 days.

- We recommend taking out travel insurance with cancellation coverage.

In exceptional cases, Vakantiehuis Bergvliet may cancel a booking, in which case any payments made will be fully refunded.
