House Rules

Events and parties are not permitted.
Smoking is not allowed indoors; smoking is only permitted in the garden.
Be mindful of the surroundings: no loud music or disturbances. Quiet hours start at 11:00 PM.
Close all windows and doors when leaving the property.
When using the air conditioning, keep windows and doors closed to prevent energy loss and condensation.
Report any damage or defects immediately so we can find an appropriate solution together.
Follow the instructions for using the hot tub and use only the provided wood or certified firewood.
Children are welcome; a high chair and travel cot are available on request.

Booking Terms

Vakantiehuis Bergvliet is not liable for noise disturbances caused by construction, neighbors, or other external factors.
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
We are not liable for any personal injury during the stay.
The owner may enter the property when necessary, while respecting your privacy.
In case of damage to the property or significant damage (such as fire or severe stains), costs will be charged, which may be claimed from your liability insurance.
If the house rules are violated, the stay may be terminated without a refund.
In the event of a double booking due to a technical error, the most recent booking will be canceled, and any payments will be fully refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made by email. If possible, we will work with you to arrange an alternative date.
Cancellation fees:
- Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival
- Between 21 and 5 days before arrival: cost of the first night
- Within 5 days before arrival or in case of no-show: full reservation amount
Refunds will be processed within 7 days, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
In exceptional cases, Vakantiehuis Bergvliet reserves the right to cancel a booking. In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded.

At Vakantiehuis Bergvliet, we respect your privacy and ensure the secure processing of your personal data. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
